Waxing Poetic on a Summer Evening

I love spending summer evenings
floating on the river 
basking in the quiet
feeling the warm breeze on my skin like cotton.

When the sun sets

When nature becomes still

Peace flows like a river.



I wish I could bottle this evening and keep it forever.
